Renew it poor workmanship

Unfortunately ratings don’t allow for 0. My vehicle was in for hail damage repairs. Initial repair scheduled for 3/3/2021. Received vehicle back on ***. On inspection multiple issues not addressed as well as vehicle damaged on left side as well as very poor workmanship. Vehicle rebooked for 5/4/2021 whereby indicated only 2 hours needed, which eventually took a full day. On return vehicle even worse with work still not completed. Deep scratches on opposite side where no repairs were done. Vehicle booked in for 3rd time and only received back on 21/4/2021 still not repaired. Vehicle taken to another Pannelbeater whereby additional damages quoted for rectification work for various high spots, scratches on side panels, bonnet inner frame bent and loosened, bonnet inner and outer repairs as well as paint reconditioning. Management have no interest in intervening or resolving even after the customer service management office was contacted due to no response. Getting someone to phone you back is next to impossible. Lomi the customer service manager at least tried to intervene whereby conference calls were done. Totally baffled how this company can be accredited to insurance companies and manufacturers with such poor workmanship and as per my experience 0 service standards. Absolutely no quality control or checks could be observed with reference to my car. After further research my experience is not isolated as various reviewers recorded same issues
