Renew it PanelBeaters Bedfordview terrible service in all areas

It took over a month for renew it Bedfordview to fix my vehicle that my car rental had even expired since and they never got back to me that I had to get my insurance involved. I asked them to please keep some of my valuables aside as I was obviously in an accident and could only carry so much when and I will come collect and someone at the dealership stole them as the tow truck company First help clearly noted that they were there.

The manager Natashka even admitted I was not the first customer that their items were ****** and she cant tell me who at their panel beaters could have taken it.

When I eventually got called to collect my car after many excuses and promises they made me wait over and hour to even be served. Once I finally got my vehicle it was dirty and the windscreen was still cracked and damaged and there were scratch marks and a dent on the door that was not there before.

The manager, Natashka is extremely unprofessional and even their drivers do not respect them as they clearly lie to their customers and employees. Terrible, terrible panel beaters.

I would like to add that while I was waiting there for over an hour with my 7 year old son there were 2 customers that were talking to each other complaining that they have been waiting for long and they do not even know whos assisting them and one of those customers were going to leave with their 'fixed' car and then came back as there was something wrong with it and landed up leaving their vehicle there again.

There is no bad language in this review nor the previous one so please do not remove.
