The reasons why, I don't recommend after have taken my car for Hail damage fix 1. I highly doubt if my car went through a quality check after they finished, because my hinges bolts were not fastened. 2. They damaged the interior of my bonnet and boot when fixing the hail damage. The scratches under my hood could have been removed by painting. It is unacceptable to give a customer car back in that state, even backyard panelbeaters can do better. 3. The gap between my boot and car body is not even. Surprisingly, one of their employers said they did not work on my boot, yet it had hail damage. 4. They damaged one of my compartments on the dashboard which had nothing to do with the hail damage that my had been sent for. 5. The front right damaged indicator was replaced with a used part, I thought they are supposed to use new parts. 6. Their customer service is pathetic, when you enquire about the status of your car. They do not respond.
