Renew it Bedfordview - what a Joke operations director passes the buck like SA goverment

My car has been in for just under a month for some small cosmetic things to be addressed, paid in full upfront as requested, not one call on progress, you call them they tell you they will call you back and nothing, you call the operations director nothing, you message her she says its not her dept need to speak to customer service representative, no one takes responsibility....possibly the worst experience you can have i now know why 80% of insurance companies tell me to stay away from them....the first and last time i will ever use them again....stay away.
