Renew-It Bedfordview. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE>

I have received the worst service from Renew It Bedfordview. I constantly have to follow up. The service advisor who is suppose to be there to assist their clients does not get back to you. Email after email and not reply until I cc my insurer in the mail do they get back to me.

From day 1 I advised them that I only have 10 days with the rental car so I need my car back no later than today 18/03/2020 as I have to return the rental but 08h00 tomorrow morning. My insurer cannot extend the rental and it seems that Renew-it has no customer care.

I have been begging and pleading with them to get my car back.

Their Operations Director or manager is never available.

I would never recommend anyone going to this panelbeater.
