Renew-It Bedfordview is pathetic

My vehicle was taken to Renew-It Bedford viewing the 3rd of September for minor damages to my rims and tyres due to a tyre blow out. The assessor from insurance had viewed the vehicle and provided his assessment, Renew-It Bedfordview decided to add additional repairs to the vehicle. There was no communication to me or my insurance in this regard until numerous calls where made and finally resolved. My insurance had approved the additional repairs however no repairs were done on the vehicle. The car has been at their workshop for last 5 weeks with this week being the 6th and still no sign on getting my vehicle back.

As a customer I can barely get a hold of the consultants dealing with my vehicle, they either don't call back or ignore calls. This is by far the most gross service I've ever witnessed and I will never recommend anyone to take their vehicle here.
