Renew-it Bedfordview

I have had the worst experience with Renew-it Bedfordview. I’m am very disappointed with their customer service. I was told my car repairs would take 10-15 days as it was a minor damage. The work could have taken them 10 working days but it has taken them well over that & no one bothers to update me. Prisca who is the lady that’s dealing with my claim is barely at her desk when I call. She makes empty promises that she will call me back and but she never calls back. She always makes excuses that she’s busy with other clients as if I’m not a client myself. She has no empathy whatsoever. I had to call my insurance in order for them to actually start the workmanship on my vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend Renew-It Bedfordview to anyone.
