Renew it Bedfordview a disaster

The worst service I have ever experienced – A complete nightmare at Renew-it Bedfordview.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is by far the most shocking and unprofessional service I have ever encountered. From start to finish, it has been nothing but stress, broken promises, and excuses.

The staff show no urgency, no accountability, and absolutely no respect for customers’ time or money. Communication is practically non-existent – you are forced to chase them for answers, only to be met with delays and stories that don’t add up. My vehicle was kept far longer than promised, and the workmanship did not inspire confidence at all.

What’s worse is the attitude – instead of taking responsibility, they pass the blame, leaving the customer frustrated and helpless. It is unacceptable for a company that is supposed to be “professional” to operate with such carelessness and disregard.

At this stage, we are even exploring the possibility of removing our car altogether and taking it somewhere else just to avoid further damage, stress, and wasted time. That says everything about the level of “service” here.

Renew-it Bedfordview should be avoided at all costs. If you value your car, your time, and your sanity, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This place is nothing short of a disaster and deserves to be called out for the shocking way they treat customers.
