Rectification review at Renew-It Bedfordview
My car has had an earlier booking at another dealership where work was not done to required standards. After the assesors did their assessment, we both agreed to change the panelbeaters and booked the car at Renew-It, Bedfordview. The comfort was that about 10 yrs ago, they have repaired my other car and did a good job. The car took longer than anticipated to finish the rectifications. Daniela from Renew-It took over the overseeing of the rectifications. She constantly communicated the progress. Even if she was not satisfied with the rectifications, she communicated status which i appreciated. Even when I couldnt take her calls, she would drop a WhatsApp to update. That's beyond the call of duty. She went beyond her call of duty by even repairing small dents that were unrealted to my rectifications as a courtesy. Thank you Daniela!
