Prisca, the service advisor was excellent
Prisca, the service advisor was excellent. Professional, communicative and did all she could to facilitate the speed of the repair. I was not happy with the Renew-it policy where they only order the part when you bring the car. Therefore I had to be car-less for longer than expected.
