Poor Service Delivery

My name is Makgai, a client of Auto and General Insurance. Had an incident last year on the 11th December 2024. The car was taken to Renew-it Bedfordview for repairs. It was there for just over 30 days due to festive season and repair backlog. I didn’t mind the wait as I was provided with a courtesy vehicle. Fast forward to the 29th of January if memory serves me correctly, the car was collected under the impression that all has been repaired accordingly, however we noticed that there was a fault with the car. It had a whirring sound and was pulling to the left. Furthermore it steering was stiff. Reported the matter to both AG and well and Re-new-it Bedfordview. We even took the car to be assessed by Renew-it Bedford on Monday 3rd of February and they confirmed after test driving that indeed there was a fault with the wheel bearing and possibly shocks, these were not replaced. We were advised that they will be in contact with us when we need to return that vehicles for repairs. I’ve been contacting them weekly for updates – I was advised that Rethabile will call me the last time I called. This matter has been pending for 3 weeks. According to call from Francios Botes, the A&G assessor, the claim has been authorized yet I have not heard on what we need to do next from both A&G and Renew-it Bedfordview.
