Poor service and extremely long wait-times

Exrtemely unprofessional..Never return calls as promised, no feedback is given after being promised feedback and generally lack professional communication skills. After taking 3 weeks to repair a bumper, they call to say its failed the inspection. The next day I get a call to say its ready and someone will fetch me to collect the vehicle. 3 hours later, I had to call them back at which point they said its failed an inspection again.. When enquiring the reason for telling me I can collect it if it wasnt ready, the consultant rudely said: "Collect it if you want".. Terrible service and process ..When asking why it takes 3 weeks for a bumper, they said: "standard turn-around times apply"
