PATHETIC SERVICE

Dealing with Chelene and Danielo and emanagement I was very dissapointed. After 4 weeks my car was not fixed and in fact had more damages than when they got it. I am sitting with no car no guarantee that the work will be done properly now and no time frame in which they will do it. I was promised so many times that they would phone back but no one bothers to phone back. I was promised a courtesy vehicle which was just to get me of the phone as no one phoned back and no courtesy vehicle was given. I have already paid them the access moneys which I had to make available immediately just to be told as soon as the money was in the account that my car is not 100% after they had done a "quality check" and confirmed that the car is ready. I think for such a big company this is pathetic and will never suggest them to anyone and will also make sure that my broker and any broker that I know will be aware of this
