Pathetic service

I have never been so disgusted with such poor service , pathetic customer care , you can never get hold of anyone to assist you , either they are under staffed or not trained properly . A 1 star rating is to high for this place , I am shocked that my insurance referd me to them , Renew it , have a look at all your recent reviews , its honestly a joke
