Pathetic service

My car has been with renew-it from the 9th of April and still my car is not repaired. They don’t have parts for a ford which is not a trouble brand in South Africa. Now I have to wait for the parts that they themselves don’t even know the ETA for. 4 months without a car and they don’t even care to give me the updates.
