PATHETIC COMMUNICTATION

i want to express a HUGE DISSATISFACTION, DISAPPOINTMENT AND FRUSTRATION to Renew it Bedfordview. my car was in an accident on 6 march it was sent to you people. i got an sms to contact a lady who is not even in the office and on maternity leave. then im told to speak Thando. i called Thando serval times left messages and she has not called me back at all.

on 14 March momentum approved the claim and sent authorisation to renew it and cc'd me on the email. i immediately called Thando finally spoke to her and told her it is authorised on 15 march. we spoke about expected date of the repair to be completed 2 april. I told Thando to take my number and speak to me as first contact she did not update it.

now today 19 march 5 days later calls my wife and says she wants the authorisation number for the approval for the repairs. WHY THE HELL IS SHE ASKING US WE ARE NOT THE INSURANCE COMPANY. also why does it take 5 days to figure this out when the car has been standing there for 13 days not touched. I asked when the repair is expected to be completed 2 April.

Please find out what is going on and get my car REPAIRED PROPERLY AND PERFECTLY and ready to collect 2 APRIL. i Will be taking this pathetic service further and displaying it all on social media...
