Overall very happy.

I was really happy with the communication and service from my aconsultant, Chelene Mitchell. She coordinated the process efficiently between myself, my insurance company (DISCOVERY) and my Avis rental while my car was in for repairs. Regular updates were affirming . My only complaint was that I didn't get any correspondence regarding a quote to repair additional scratches and dents. I requested to get a quote on many occasions and had no feedback on that at all. Otherwise happy with the ahadkñ.
