Not so New

They claimed from my insurance for a wiper water bottle, however it was never fixed. There's even a plastic cover at my door that was never fixed. Even after speaking to Sandra multiple times. She was hardly ever available and eventually began ignoring me after promising she would order in the parts. Not to mention that when I first collected my car they did not put in my spare wheel and jack so I had to go all the way back which is more than 50km from where I stay. They did not even compensate me for my fuel. This was in November 2019. I am still waiting to hear from Sandra. SIES
