NOT RECOMMENDED TO USE RENEW-IT BEDFORDVIEW...

My vehicle was delivered to Renew-it Bedfordview on the 1 November 2020. With mostly mechanical damage and slight damage to door and fender. This could have been completed in 2 weeks max.. It's now 5 weeks later and no vehicle.. they have been feeding me lies all week last week to just get me of the phone. They promise to call back but hours later still no call. This is the worst service imaginable. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. I am totally shocked to see all the BAD reviews for Bedfordview branch.. If only I saw this earlier I could have insisted on moving my vehicle.. How can any insurance company use a company with this kind of service.. I don't believe a word they tell me anymore. I think I need to go view my vehicle with my own eyes. As it has been in polishing for 3 days :-( and still going strong. I am at my wits end. Complaining to customer service doesn't even help.... I want ANSWERS PLEASE........
