NOT MY CHOICE

If only i could give 0 starts . Worse service ever !!!!! and the worst of it all is that they where NOT MY CHOICE!!!! Thanks to Outsurance that I had to use them . At first you get a Quote but you can only go at a certain time . Then You get a quote and you get told 10 working days , but we busy now so come next month . So we wait till next month, Take the car in the 3rd of June Monday we take it in. So you work out ill have it the next Friday the 14th . The booking in go well the guy that assists is very friendly and helpful he says his script as he should ( You will get feed back for your adviser with updates on your phone and you can track your progress on line ) So you walk away things wow ...

Then You get to day 5 no feed back , follow up on your own . Then You get to day 9 YOU call to confirm that you will collected thee next day Friday the 14th , Just to be promised that I can have my car the Tuesday the 18th. The 18th comes and my car is only in the panelbeater prep.. So my car has not even been fixed as yet .

You then try and escalate the matter.. you get the guys on line that will help you escalate ..but ja just another empty promise .. I have sent mails and called and they NEVER get back to you . After calling Darryl Van Zyl the manger ..He is so sorry and he will go check my car now and put his and on the car and see where we at ... Still No feed back . I'm left to go see my self, at this point I'm thinking they have made a car worse or its not even there ...
