LACK OF REGARD FOR MY SAFETY

My car was hit on 28 March 2024, on 22 May 2024 I was told to come take delivery. The car was full of paint stains, paint stains on the pedals, paint stains on the door, on the carpet, everywhere. The level of over spraying is something that was shocking, over sprayed onto the black plastic rubbers inside and outside. The area that was welded (an item I disputed, essentially it was cut & join) was observable, they didn't bother with cleaning the weld. The exhaust sound has changed, the left rear door now has a dent, boot panel has scratches as well, the black plastic inside the boot is broken, a mess, a wonderful mess. From issues of waiting for rear axle, to poor communication, to not conducting quality checks, my advice is stay away, even if your insurance wants to take your car there, tell them to take it elsewhere. I don't even know if wheel alignment was really done. The number of things wrong or done wrong is worrisome, how many weren't I able to pick up? how many need a computer? or I'll find out on the highway when something goes wrong.
