She called me everyday to give me feedback on the repairs on my car, she pushed on her side to get additionals authorized with the assessors and kept me updated throughout. There was a point when my insurance didn't approve my additionals on time , the rental period for the cat I had was expired and the insurance could not approve for an extension, with her assistance, one of the directors approved that I use one of their cars. Renew-It Bedfordview borrowed me a brand new car to use whilst fixing my car. I am a happy client.
