***********!! Don’t send your car there!!
I regret taking my car to this place, my car had a minor scratch and I dropped it off 12 days ago and after so much time I’m still told it’s in step 2 of 5, beginning of the week I was told they had gotten the paint wrong, which I don’t understand how as they’re supposedly “Mercedes Benz approved “ how do you get the paint wrong for a brand you’re certified to work with on a daily basis? There’s a new story each day and I’m over it, the level of inconvenience is unmatched!! I haven’t been to work for 2 weeks now and I don’t have alternative transportation, I wish I had just driven my car with the scratch!!
