Incompetency/ Dishonesty.

I am disgusted in Renew it , Bedfordview's service, to say the least. My car went to them on the 22June 2020. They called my husband after 3 weeks to say the car is ready for collection. When my husband got there , the car was not ready, they damaged my tailgate switch, the paint work on the car was done unprofessional , the name of my car at the back was not there and there were a few minor things that was also damaged in my car.They promised to fix everything in 2 days which was never done. The lady dealing with my query **** to my husband ,told him the car was ready but later phoned back to say the car was not ready. I have never dealt with such *********** and dishonest people. My car is with Renew it , Bedfordview for more than a month. I will never recommend Renew- it, Bedfordview to anybody.
