I would like to give a special compliment to Thando for the excellent service and support provided. Thando was professional, patient, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I really appreciated the way Thando took the time to listen to cry of having to travel without a car, she explained everything clearly, and make sure all my questions were answered and assured me that I will get my car at its soonest. It was such a pleasant experience, and I truly felt valued as a customer. I remember when she gave me a call to collect my car, she sang "Its a celebration 🎉" song I was so happy.
