I think this penal bearer is not taking quality serious because if you don't do you job to impress your customers they you do it for who ?I'm not happy at all about this penal beater.

Absa Insurance took my car to renew it then my car came back with scratches on top f the bonnet,we checked the scratches on their computer with one of their service consultant but we found out the the fault is on their side .they booked in my car again for repairing that scratches but now it came back with a line of a polishing disc that there were using when they were fixing those scratches and the lady called Abigail that I was talking to over the phone she was rude even telling me that she is doing me a favor but I was surprised which favor is she doing for me because I'm not paying them to fix my car,I pay absa and she was doing absa the favor not me .so until today I'm not happy about my car
