I recently had my vehicle repaired at Renew it Bedfordview, and I have to say the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. My service consultant Thando was professional, attentive and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The service manager was wonderful as well, approachable and genuinely caring. I was even offered coffee while I waited, which added such a warm personal touch. What really stood out was how every single staff member who walked past greeted me with a smile, it created such a positive atmosphere. After collecting my vehicle, I received a follow up call from a lovely lady checking if everything was still in order, which I truly appreciated. It's rare to see such consistent, high quality service these days. From beginning to end, Renew it delivered a level of service that many businesses could learn from. Well done to the entire team, you should be extremely proud. And best of all, my car looks great.
