I had a very disappointing experience with Renewit Bedfordview. When collecting my car, I was pressured to write a review before inspecting it. Later, I found several personal items missing, including five or six pairs of shoes and two handbags. They claimed the car was empty on arrival, supported by their security photos, but the tow company provided proof the items were in the car when dropped off. Renewit has since failed to respond or resolve the issue. The car was also returned with a broken sunroof, which was fully functional before the repair. They dismissed this as unrelated to their work and offered no solution. Their lack of accountability, poor communication, and failure to take responsibility were appalling. I would not recommend their services.
