I dealt with the most helpful person from Renew it Bedfordview, Phindi. I did not once had to wait for feedback regarding my vehicle. She let me know that they will be phoning me every Monday and Wednesday giving me updates about my car and they did. I also was not in town for almost a week after my vehicle was fully completed and she organised for me that i would not have to worry about any storage fees. It really does help dealing with people like Phindi through a frustrating time like a car accident.
