Horrible Services

i have received the most horrible experience @ Renew it Bedford view after being told by a Mercedes benz dealer not to use them however Discovery insurance recommended them. My wife's GLC was in for a simple front & Rear bumper just paintwork nothing structural its 4 weeks later the vehicle is complete. The communication has be poor up to now so far, my wife demanded to see the vehicle as she didn't trust that the vehicle was be attended only to find she was right. its so frustrating to go through this tedious process it would be easier to change Panel shop but we cant because we cannot rent a vehicle any longer than what we have.
