i am so impressed wit the service at renew-it. they are so customer centric, i was assisted by a wonderful vibrant young lady named Phindi Masondo, her personality is absolutely fantastic. I am a customer service rep myself so i have learnt a lot from her...you always have to communicate with your client whether its good or bad new. fortunately for me there were no bad new...only Good news. My car looks brand new i am a happy client so i give her 200 out of 100.
