GREAT SERVICE & WITH A SMILE
Thank you to the AMAZING handful of people at the new Renew-It Bedfordview office.
My car was towed there on the 24th, and after much drama thank you to Johan who had tried assisting where we could even though he was not my service advisor. On collection, Happy helped with paperwork and I walked out a happy client after she had resolved a few issues on my car that I had taken note of. After a week of driving the back wiper blade was giving problems, and yet again returned to my car and was assisted by Tandie. She had my wiper blade sorted and yet again I was satisfied and walked out with a smile. Today, I took note of the paint bubbling and the back door not properly aligned, and Tandie had the car looked at and my car booked to have sorted asap. When walking into your offices, I feel welcome and greeted with a smile at all times. WELL - DONE to the staff who had helped me, your assistance is highly appreciated and I would recommend anyone to go to Renew-It Bedfordview and deal with Happy, Johan or Tandie
