Entire left back wheel came off while driving the same day we collected the car, avoid this place like the plague

I would not recommend this place to anyone, if you have a choice avoid this place like the plague My car went in on the 7 February to get scratches fixed on both the left and right side After 2 weeks we were told that the car was finished and ready for collection, when we got there only the one side had been fixed, so we had to leave the car there again We were finally able to collect the car yesterday after 37 days of not having it My daughter drove the car home and when she left the shop she called and told my husband there was something wrong with the car as it was not driving properly, she thought there was something wrong with the steering wheel, my husband called the shop and they said they did not touch any of the mechanics, my husband told my daughter to drive home and he would check what was wrong when he got home from work My daughters had to go and collect something from my husband at work, so her, my youngest daughter and my grandson all got into the car My youngest called my husband to let him know they were on their way and while she was on the phone with him the car started shaking, she told my husband about the car shaking and he told them there has to be something wrong and he would check it out once they arrived at his work My daughter continued driving at a speed of 60, and the shaking got extremely bad and the entire left back wheel came off the car while they were driving My daughter managed to control the car and pull over and we thank the Lord that no one was hurt When my husband heard what had happened he asked two of his colleagues to accompany him to go to where our daughters and grandson were When he got to the sight and saw that they were all okay, he immediately called the shop and told them what happened, their response was they did not touch the wheel My husband told them that they were lying as the car had been in their care for the past 37 days and that the wheel had come off the same day we were finally able to pick the car up They had to fix the left back fender and they claim they did not take the left back wheel off even though they had to fix the left back fender, and it was the left back wheel that went flying off the car the same day we had collected it The customer service rep named Kiara was beyond unprofessional and told my husband once again they didn't touch the wheel but they would send a tow truck They waited 30 minutes and my husband kept trying to call Kiara and she kept declining his calls After waiting almost a hour and trying to get through to Kiara another woman picked up her phone and told my husband the same story that they did not touch the wheel but they would do an investigation to see what went wrong I am beyond furious and downright disgusted at how this place has handled this situation and their customer service is beyond appalling My car is now with them once again, as per our insurance even though I do no trust them at all, and they are still not answering any of our phone calls My daughters and my grandson could have been dead and the company refuses to acknowledge their shortcomings I am beyond grateful that my family is okay but another family may not be so lucky DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE
