Complaint
My car was taken in last year October, it's over a year now dealing the same thing, my car was fixed however a unit inside the car was broken, my charger and umbrella was ******, I've been there more than 5 times, you'll be sent from one department to the next without assistance
Your service sucks, actually I will be engaging the ombudsman as no one is willing to assist
