Bad service Renew-it Bedfordview

I received the worst service from Renew-it Bedfordview on the 10/04/2026 this was regarding the quality of workmanship done one my vehicle by Renew-It Bedfordview. Following repairs arranged through my insurance, I received my vehicle back in a condition that was not in good driving condition, the steering wheel shakes significantly while driving, which raised immediate safety concerns. I took the vehicle in and upon arrival on 10 April, I was met with disorganization and poor communication, no consistent feedback or clear time frames were given despite the fact that I had mentioned that I was pressed for time. I spent approximately three hours at the premises, experiencing what I can only describe as unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful service. The staff member assisting me was particularly unhelpful, displaying a lack of empathy, poor communication, and an overall dismissive attitude. I was not treated with the respect expected from a service provider acting on behalf of my insurance. The lady who was responsible for assisting me who not only didn’t introduce herself she didn’t have a name tag was nonchalant and very dismissive, she may need further training when it comes to customer service, she needs to be respectful and mindful of how she speaks to customers. I am disappointed and don’t see myself ever returning to your premises, please do better you are dealing with customers we expect good service and not to be undermined and disrespected.
