Bad service

The gift I have received from budget Insurance for being loyal for a period of two years through a car that I have insured with them. This is my five months of hell with the insurance company.

1. Dent on the front right bumper. 2.bottom of the fuse box: broken. 3.front left fog light which needs to be tightened and the globe to changed. 4. Scratch on the rear view mirror cover on the left hand side. 5. gold color which needs to be removed by the rear left door and the rear left panel. 6. The alarm of the vehicle which just makes noise while you are driving the vehicle. 7. The air fan which stays on even if the vehicle ignition is off. 8. radio system which automatically changes radio stations. 9. I was promised to be refunded my R360.00 which I paid when collecting a courtesy vehicle. 10. When I collected the vehicle today from the panel beating company, it's was broken further: water and dust cover touching the ground. 11. Paid for an accident report and did not receive the refund as promised.

They worked together with the panel beating company in ripping me off and they were successful.
