BAD SERVICE AND LACK OF RELIABILITY

My car went to Renew It Bedfordview for an accident damage, whereby I was bumped from the back. My car has went back to them for the 4th time now and my car has not been fixed till now, FOR THE VERY SAME DAMAGES. The managers there will tell you what they can tell you there and then just to get you off their faces and offices with your vehicle, once you leave there, no response from them. Just poor service at its best, don't know why my insurance sent my car there from the first place, because I never even refer any one there myself purely and honestly.
