Bad service and empty promises

My insurance took my car to Renew it in Bedfordview for repairs. They keep my car for 4months then on the 22nd of July they call me saying I must come to collect the bakkie as they are done with the service. On my arrival we found out that the car radio is no longer working, the *****s of the tonneau cover frames are missing. They said I must take the bakkie and they will out-source it for the outstanding around my area as I'm am staying in Mpumalanga as if i leave it they will charge me for storage. Since then I have been requesting them to finalized the repairs, they said I must drive it back to them in which I will cost me more and unbuffered money for diesel and toll gates. They are the ones who released the bakkie before they complete with the repairs now they are making it to me to take it back to them in which I'm staying more than 340km away from them. They don't care about the customers in a way that they want me to hate and blame my insurance for their bad service.
