Bad Service

Absolutely dissapointed with Renew it Bedfordview . My car was towed there after an accident and the tow truck driver made sure he took photos at the scene of the car and of what was in the vehicle to ensure if anything he is not liable...My car was at renew it for over a week and i fetched it because i didn't want it repaired there , My vehicle came back in a much worse condition than it was in the accident . They removed parts of the car and left it in much worse condition and when they released my car i didn't sign any paperwork, there was writing all over the car . The car looked much better and was in much better condition when it was towed then when i picked it up, the damage is much worse now and renew it wont take responsibility for it..There was also many items ****** from the car that cannot be accounted for by Renew it as it was in their possession.
