Annoyed Customer :(

My car was repaired by Renew It Bedfordview March 2025, their service is terrible, my car had to go back numerous times because the alignment was skew, big spaces in between the panels, they returned the car to me with a buckled rim from the accident, when I asked the workshop manager Dario how it slipped their QC he said he didn't know. my car is currently in again because drive shaft seal is leaking. No one gives updates on the repair I have to constantly be asking them. After calling 2 managers to find out how far my car is and to explain I cannot be without a car for 2 days, their reply is just we waiting for parts there's nothing we can do. Now, one would think after my car has been back and forth so many times that they would jack up their service but to no avail. I am waiting for Lashan to call me back since 11:30 this morning and nothing. Sorry to say there is no customer service no dedication.
