Amazing Customer Feedback System - ******* Feedback

My vehicle has now been with these guys for one week and one day. Handed in last week Wednesday and this now been Thursday a week later. Lots of mails and sms about a system called At Your Service. "Amazing" service for tracking and checking progress in the companies view. I have been checking, for last 4 days and system says my vehicle is in Panel Beating. Yesterday evening I get an sms from this "Amazing" system. The message is your vehicle has been moved into Panelbeating. Which is step 1 of 5 steps for repair. Quoted verbatim. Im left totally bemused. Conflicting messages. Website tracking says my vehicle has been in Panel Beating for last 4 days. Sms says from last night the 29th. What is the truth. I call service agent a lady called Sandra. Yes sir your vehicle is now in Step 1. I ask so you have had vehicle for a week and only now its in Step 1. Get told nope its been stripped and parts ordered but they not yet delivered. Im confused is Panel beating Step 1. Whats stripping then Step one half, and ordering parts Step one quarter. It is their system. Why say Step 1 out of 5 Steps if there are more steps etc. I also ask its a week and only now you ordering parts. WOW. But its cool I must not worry they have a solution. They will get Panel Beating to prioritize my vehicle. Great solution for me but what about the other poor customers whose cars are in that line. Why do I get a free pass, Why dont you just be more efficient in what you do. The other risk is they now rush my vehicle and as a result the quality gets hammered. Lady doesn't understand my point. Do I want my car quicker or not. WELL NO NOT AT EXPENSE OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. Seems this company has fallen into the classical techno trap. AMAZING systems need amazing people and reporting. If you post ******* into the system you will get ******* out. I'll follow up with my insurers to clarify why they sent me to a company such as this who think a fancy system is the be all end all of customer care. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO A PHONE. Just by the by when I handed my vehicle in I was not given an indication of when it would be ready. That troubled me but I figured let it go when its ready they will call. I now understand probably why they never gave a date. Its probably because they have no clue if its 5 steps or 6 and a half steps or perhaps 8 steps. I mean im on step 1 but they have done lots of other stuff in the meanwhile. Im posting this out of poor frustration as I know they will not take my comments to heart and change anything. In their eyes Im just that customer who always moans.

As per above this will be escalated to the Service Manager. Still no word from him. My assumption is there cant be a Service Manager due to the fact there is no service.

Monday received an sms to say vehicle going into Paint Preparation Department. (Monday the 2nd). All cool, though I have given up on these guys ages ago.
Today Wednesday the 5th I get a phone call from a Sandra Ngewyna to say vehicle is going into Paint Preparation. I query the sms which said that was Monday. Sandra says she doesn't know.
She offers to go check. I ask if you call me surely before you call you check else you dont really know so why call.
I then ask when will it be complete. She isn't sure.
Bottom line is they have no clue.
AVOID these guys they have no clue.

rear bumper was replaced
collected vehicle
quality looks like i had car repaired at a back yard panel beater in some 3rd world country as an emergency repair
huge gap between bumper and car body, plastic trim has been hacked with a stanley knife to make it fit
had a long session on phone with sandra ngwenya but was futile
she is very short of the truth and accountability
very antithesis of customer care
