6 weeks delay on the repairs of my car!

My car was taken to Bedfordview Renewit on the 11th of September 2023. Parts were received the following week I received notification that repairs were going to be finished on the 29th of September. After that the date was extended to 13 October then extended to 27 October from there to 10th November 2023. There has been 4 extensions already and 6 weeks later my car is still not completed. Each time I asked about the delays I'm being told it's different departments that are attending to finish the repairs on my car. This is frustrating.
