I am not happy with the service I am receiving at renault tokai. I took my car in on the 27th October. It's week 3 already and still my car hasn't been seen to. I phoned this morning 11 November just to be told that there are issues with transport and the parts will only be coming tomorrow. This is ridiculous as i need my car. I have to ask around for lifts here and there and to work and back home. This is really not nice because you people are supposed to be a reputable and reliable car dealer and now one has to deal with such incompetence and lack of service. I habe to phone all the time to get updates nobody bothers to inform me that there is a delay in whatever is happening. I called last Wednesday and Moenieb said that the parts should be there by Friday. It's Tuesday the following week and still no parts. Really now your service sucks.
