Zero quality control on brand new full spec Kadjar! Paint defects present!

I bought a brand new full spec Kadjar with extras from Renault Woodmead. Upon collection I noticed 3 paint defects on the vehicle. The dealership escalted this to Renault South Africa immediately. 2 days later and there is still zero feedback on this from Renault South Africa. Do your customers not matter to you???

I am disgusted that a flagship vehicle can leave the factory with paint defects, travel to South Africa, make it's way through your entire supply chain to the dealership where it was fitted with smash and grab AND NOBODY PICKED UP THE PAINT DEFECTS!!! Is there any quality control at all? How is it that a defective vehicle gets to a customer with nobody noticing???

There are 2 unsightly bubbles on the boot and one on the left rear door! This is a brand new vehicle, I would not expect this. I expect the defective panels to be replaced or that the vehicle is replaced with a new one. I will not accept a piant touch up on a brand new vehicle worth over R400k! I can handle superficial defects to mags, consoles etc as these can be replaced but paint is a totally diffent story as repairs can impact on the value of my vehicle.

I am absolutley disgusted. I have seen second hand vehicles in better conditon than my brand new Kadjar.
