You are the most Unprofessional, Rude Car Manufacturer that I have every come across

My daughter bought a Kwid in January 2019, the vehicle has a DEFECTIVE gearbox - Yes Jaco - DP of Centurion a DEFECTIVE gearbox. The vehicle has to have a NEW gearbox put in. Since 25 July the vehicle has been at Centurion, and I have spoken to so many people and they are the rudest and most inefficient people on the plant. Jaco - The Dealer Principle - your car is Defective and making your client suffer because you only have 2 courtesy cars is not acceptable. Every one of your sales agents drives a company-owned vehicle, let them or you be inconvenienced. Kobus - the only person who tried to help - Selina, calls me a ****?? Veronica - the receptionist or whatever at Head Office - you are rude and unprofessional - breathing into the phone and telling me that there is no one at the offices? All staff has left? Really? Then, Lucy, you call me pretending not to know who I am? Kobus told you to call me YOU DID NOT BOTHER. I am done with all of you. I will recommend to every person that I speak to that you are useless and unprofessional. You do NOTHING to assist a client, you couldn't be bothered. Your salesperson was wonderful, but the rest of you are awful. Never in my life.... I will keep going up the chain until I get help - you have not heard the last of me.
