Wrong Car Sold - Renault Tokai

I was sold the wrong car.... And then just more issues arose. Had I known I will be sitting with such terrible service, I would have cancelled the deal. At the end of July I took delivery of a pre-owned vehicle from Renault Tokai. I then discovered that the vehicle I intended to buy, was not the one that was sold. The dealership had sold my car to someone else and sourced a car to sell to me from Renault Table View, without informing me thereof. The vehicle that was sold to me had +-8000 km's more that the one that I intended to buy. After communicating with the used sales manager, we reached an agreement. It took the dealership a month to have the license plates delivered. The 101 Quality Report has no defects, but there were dents in the bonnet, the tyre was punctured and the rim buckled. The dealership had the dents repaired and advised that I can have the tyre and rim repaired and they will reimburse my costs incurred. The dealer principal then refused to refund the tyre and rim repairs as he argued the damages could have been caused by me, based on his 101 Quality Report. The 101 report was done by Renault Table view with mileage of +-19000km on 14.05.2021. I took delivery on 31.07.2021 with mileage +-22000km. Leaving +-3000km unaccounted for. I had informed them about the puncture as soon as I became aware of it. I had asked them to have the tyre assessed and they told me their technician are too busy. I then took it to a TWT and they agreed that I should have the repair done and they will refund me. I lodged a formal complaint on the Renault website on 10.09.2021, and have yet received any form of communication. The after sales service received has been an absolute nightmare.
