WORST SERVICE FROM RENAULT NORTHCLIFF - ***********

A friend of mine is busy buying a car from pre-owned side, and the service she is receiving from F&I is actually so bad that I'm now getting frustrated, clearly these people do not want the sale, but all i know is that i will never in my life even look at driving a Renault, and Renault Northcliff will get no referrals from our side, worst service EVER - HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE , JUST BY DOING YOUR EFFEN JOB MARIETE
