worst service from a dealership

We went to the dealership in November to test drive a Renault sandero we spoke to Michael and on the Tuesday after we went there they picked up the documents from my house for more than a week we got no feedback my husband then phoned and informed them that we wanted to cancel the deal and would like his original documents back we were told that we can pick i t up any time we went there on the 12/12/15 and was told the lady was not in and the documents wil be delivered to my house up to this day I have not received anything and have also not heard from them <br> <br> This was bad service from the start.
