Worst Service Ever

Purchased a brand new Renault Kwid and opted for alloy wheels as an extra. The wheels were fitted by Renault. Received vehicle and noticed that there is a shudder on the car. Renault inspected the vehicle and told me that the tires were fitted incorrectly and that I must now pay for 4 new tires. I am now being pushed from pillar to post as no-one in Renault wants to take responsibility for the fitment of the tires and I refuse to pay for something that they did incorrectly. Simply ridiculous!!
