Worst Service Ever!

Renault Melrose Arch has had my panel van (Traffic - 45 000kms on the clock) for two months, and seem to be completely unable to fix it. Absolutely pathetic service! They don't carry spares, they say they will provide you with a loan vehicle within 72 hrs of not fixing your vehicle I waited one and half months before I had any luck getting a loan car. I have never seen so much inter-departmental politics, each one just passes the buck to the next guy. We collected the van this morning and it is still not running as it should. I don't really know where to turn, the dealer principle hides in his office and will not return any of my calls. Dont be fooled by all the sales talk it is all nonsense.
